Budget house with luxury features.

Renovation project for jewelry shop. Without changing the traditional values , a new look attained by the smart usage of materials.

Clappers Bistro

Clappers Bistro is trendy coffee shop. The site is located in tanjore highway, trichy which is a college corridor.

Client is a huge movie buff. They come up with this theme. Our challenge is to design a trendy and practical Cafe. Using minimum resource we have to attract the college crowd.

Mr.Pandian Residence

This is a completely vaastu based house yet it is modern in its own way. All the spaces were zoned according to vaastu priciples. Material selection also played an important role in this project.

Dr.Sasi Anand Residence

This house was designed for a Doctor couple with two kids. Our client was much interested in kerala style architecture with the sloping roofs and entrance veranda. Planning was strictly done according to Vaastu principles. The buildup area is around 4000sqft.
